A Curated Thrift Has Updated Their Fashion Styles

It’s a new year, a fresh start, and a new you. So cease the moment and browse our latest styles for 2021. We have more fashion looks now than ever and are still recovering gems from all across the Tampa Bay/Clearwater, Florida area. In this post you’ll discover the fresh new styles we’ve dropped and get a glimpse of some examples as well. 70’s Sophisticate

The 70’s are back with a vengeance! It’s fun, it’s playful and it’s a serious but unique take on the classic looks. From high-neck collars to floral pants to lace tops and blazers, this style is full of fanciful pieces that will make you stand out as unique but ground you like a poet. Whether you pick our Deluxe Box or Thrift Box you have the option to receive a 70’s inspired look with an actual 70’s piece included. Vintage is plentiful in the sunshine state so feel free to grab this look today. Pictured below you’ll see an example of 70’s sophisticated look with an actual 70’s blouse incorporated.

70’s Rocker

Now here’s where it gets wild…in a good way. Think Harry Styles meets Keith Richards. It’s the fringe, the metallics, the tight leather pants, the maxi dresses. You can request a more free look like the GOAT Stevie Nicks or you can request a harder look like Mick Jagger. Whatever your preference we’re here to deliver the rocker look complete with accessories or shoes.

Boho

Do you want a modern take on the bohemian look? Try this style out to get a more feminine, modern take on the popular style that started in the 60’s. It’s all about a relaxed and beachy with an island feel. The natural fabrics, the lightweight layers and the easy, breathable silhouettes. Approach a stress-free look and feel with this classic style.

Classic Goth

Speaking of classic, this one has been around since the ’80s. It’s evolved throughout the years but nothing is more fun than a little edge and a lot of black. Drip yourself in liquid black pants, chunky black sweaters, and if we can find it a harness or two. This style can be pastel as well so make sure to specify in your style survey what colors you love and what kind of goth you’d like to receive.

Cottagecore

Something new on the scene but with an old-world appeal is Cottagecore. The frills, the beach picnics with vintage wine, the puff sleeves, and the lace details with all the style of Sound of Music. This french/dutch country-side look is something that took social media by storm in 2018 but will not fade away anytime soon. It’s a great way to add a touch of femininity to your wardrobe in a unique, vintage way. Below you’ll find our example of this style with a 70’s plaid dress and leather belt.

Indie / Grunge

We’ve brought back one of our most popular styles too. It’s our Indie / Grunge style with an updated twist. Expect flannels, vintage t-shirts and high-waisted pants. However, we’ve included chunky sweatshirts, baggy pants, vintage cardigans, and flirty tops into the mix this time. This is the casual look that’s easily worn with sneaks and a bucket hat.

Minimalist

We’ve also brought back the Minimalist look, which was also one of our most popular styles. The looks included clean lines, smart silhouettes, and neutral tones. It’s a monochromatic color story with this style that can include pops of color here and there. If you’re in need of a core wardrobe to start off your new year, select this as your style and switch it up to a 70’s style to include more unique pieces.

Academia

This school-girl chic look is new! It replaced our ‘Intellect chic’ style from last year. These looks will include more plaid skirts, more blazers, and more bookish layers that ever before. Pair a chunky sweater with a pleated skirt or high-waisted pant and snuggle up with a coffee. This is the perfect look for someone in grad school or someone that wants a smart take on their work fashion. We can go light with chocolate browns, tangerine tones and beiges or we can go dark with blacks, purple hues and greys.

Streetwear / Trendsetter

This style is a twist on our classic Streetwear fashion. It’s a little less casual and more ‘put-together’. You’ll get a mix of tight fitted tops with oversized layers and bright colors with bold patterns. It’s a high-fashion look that can be worn on any street. The style is a conglomerate of the latest fashion trends worn by your favorite influencers.

Athleisure

For a less ‘styled’ look and something that you can morph from at-home work to out and about is Athleisure. It’s a BIG style happening right now that feels like it will be the standard for a while. We’ll mix in bike shorts, and a luxury pullover or a bike top, jean jacket and baggy sweatpants. If you want more of a work-from-home appeal, we can mix in an outfit that can be paired with black leggings and fun layering pieces that feel like a soft blanket but have you looking chic for that morning Zoom.

E-Girl / E-Boy

A not so new style but one that will be here for a while is the E-Girl / E-Boy look. It’s a streetwear take on the classic goth style with reminders of Y2K fashion mixed with tomboyish cuts and styles. It’s the new-wave punk look with checkerboard patterns, cargo pants and over-sized band t-shirts. This fun look is for the boy or girl that wants to stand on their own in a sea of social mediocrity.

Classic Chic

And last but definitely not least is our third most popular look, the Classic Chic or what was previously ‘Classic Casual’. This is filled with fun color, patterns with a more conservative style approach. Think Ralph Lauren, Tommy and Ann Taylor but with the fun patterns and pops of color that will keep your interest. It’s an elevated look to the preppy style we all have grown to love. Great for someone just starting out in the corporate world or someone that needs a revamp in their work wardrobe.
